The Division requested that, to ensure compliance with the currently approved PAP, the <br />two up- gradient groundwater monitoring points should be made fit - for - purpose or <br />replaced, so that a static water level can be reliably measured and water quality samples <br />can be collected, per Rule 4.05.13(1)(e). BRL indicated that well rehabilitation will be <br />undertaken in the next two months. The permit application package text should be <br />revised to include a discussion of the rehabilitation /replacement work. If the work has <br />been completed prior to approval of PR -14, please revise the text as part of the PR -14 <br />review. If PR -14 is approved first, please submit a minor revision to include the discussion <br />in the permit application package. <br />48. Item resolved; BRL revised the text as requested. <br />49. Issue resolved; BRL has agreed to the installation of two down gradient points of <br />compliance wells. Please provide details of the proposed new wells, including the <br />rationale for their proposed location, the proposed construction method and the <br />scheduled time for completion, etc. Please also update Maps 10A and 108 to depict the <br />proposed location of the two wells. <br />50. Issue resolved; BRL revised page 2.04 -38 as requested. <br />Rule 2.05.6(3) — Protection of the Hydrological Balance <br />51. Issue resolved; BRL revised the text as requested. <br />52.
