The site selected for the aforementioned pipeline <br />occupies land southwest of Steamboat Springs in section 28, T5N, R86W. The proposed <br />activities will utilize existing County and ranch road for access. <br />General Information <br />The Foidel Creek Mine is an area that has existing facilities from current mining activity. <br />Existing vegetation is predominantly sagebrush, grassland, mountain shrub, mined and <br />reclaimed mine. <br />The Twenty Mile Park area has been historically important for greater sage grouse, <br />Columbian sharp- tailed grouse, elk, mule deer and antelope as well as numerous small <br />mammals and raptors. <br />Potential Impacts <br />The majority of the impacts to wildlife from the construction of the proposed Pipelines <br />and Coreholes should be minimal due to the limited amount of acres disturbed and <br />utilizing existing road for access. <br />STATE OF COLORADO <br />John W.
