Compliance With Mine Plan <br />N - Support Facilities Not On -site <br />N - Other <br />N - Special Categories Of Mining <br />N - Processing Waste <br />N - Topsoil <br />COMMENTS <br />This was a partial coal inspection at the Munger Canyon Mine conducted by Jason Musick of the Colorado <br />Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety. No mining, maintenance, or reclamation operations were on -going <br />at the time of the inspection. The weather conditions were clear and the mine site was dry at the time of the <br />inspection. <br />HYDROLOGIC BALANCE - Rule 4.05 <br />Drainage Control 4.05.1, 4.05.2, 4.053; Siltation Structures 4.05.5, 4.05.6; Discharge Structures 4.05.7, 4.05.10; <br />Diversions 4.05.4; Effluent Limits 4.05.2; Ground Water Monitoring 4.05.13; Surface Water Monitoring 4.05.13; <br />Drainage — Acid and Toxic Materials 4.05.8; Impoundments 4.05.6, 4.05.9; Stream Buffer Zones 4.05.18: <br />East Salt Creek was dry and no water was observed in or around the established drainages from the reclamation <br />into East Salt Creek. <br />The sediment pond was dry with pond embankments stable and well vegetated at the time of the inspection. TR- <br />25 approved the removal and reclamation of the sediment pond. No activities have been initiated at the time of <br />this inspection. <br />Silt fencing was observed near the topsoil pile at the sediment pond and along the reclaimed haul road and <br />reclaimed portal area. TR -25 approved the removal of the silt fencing.
