(EFCI) — Permit No. C -81 -014 — Southfield Mine <br />Dear Rob Zuber: <br />Z'1 <br />Response to second Adequacy Review letter: <br />Regarding the sealed drill hole that Jason Music of the Division found during a field search at <br />Southfield, per your request, the drill hole has been located on the Southfield Hydrology map, Map 12 <br />based on the coordinates that you recently supplied, i.e., 38degrees, 17'24.32 "N, 105degrees, <br />09'51.98 "W. <br />According to information from landowner /surveyor, Dr. Corley, the sealed drill hole was drilled <br />during the 1960's era prior to conception of the Southfield mine and was designated as DH -4. <br />Accordingly, DH -4 has been located on Map 12 at the coordinates shown above. <br />If you have questions or require further information, please contact me. <br />Sincerely, <br />George V Patterson <br />Energy Fuels Coal, Inc <br />
