Wingwalls for the culvert at Station 19+25 not tapered from 12"to 10"—poured all at 12". <br /> 2. Wingwall base design doubled in size. <br /> 3. Road base changed from 2"-minus crushed rock to 3"-minus aggregate base course (ABC)—3"-minus ABC <br /> recommended by CDOT for road sub-base. <br /> 4. Wall alignment starting from Station 19+12 and ending at Station 18+00 moved outward to extend work area <br /> and minimize wall height. <br /> 5. Wall height increased to construct road at the proposed finished grade shown on Sheet C4.11. <br /> 6.
