May 4, 2012 <br /> Surface landowner Mr. Tippit requests the new access road remain as permanent (May 7, 2012 <br /> Adequacy Review letter dated <br /> May 16 and May 21, 2012 <br /> Response to TR-2 adequacy questions were submitted by Mr. Daniel Madruga (CLC Associates) <br /> to Mr. Dustin Czapla (CDRMS) <br /> May 23, 2012 <br /> Colorado Division of Reclamation Mining and Safety(Mr. Dustin Czapla) approved Technical <br /> Revision (TR) 2-New Road Construction Work Plan and Design. <br /> November 17, 2012 <br /> The new access road variance was approved by the Board of Adjustments <br /> February 7th, 2014 <br /> Signed Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board (CMLRB) approved stipulated agreement <br /> signed by the Attorney General Office-Mr.Jeff Fugate and by Mr. Chris Neumann (Attorney for <br /> Wildcat Mining Corporation) on February 71h, 2014 <br /> Key consent agreement provisions require Wildcat Mining Company to: <br /> • Provide the Division a fully executed contract to commence access road repair and <br /> stabilization work approved in TR-02 on or before March 3, 2014. <br /> • Road construction activities must commence on or before May 15, 2014 and completed <br /> on or before July 1, 2014. <br /> • Establish an escrow account where$450,000 must be put in place on or before the <br /> April, 2014 Board meeting to pay for road construction activities and proof of deposit <br /> must be provided to the Division. <br /> • All other TRs must be completed prior to the end of 2015 or earlier. <br /> February 191h 2014 <br /> The Board approved the signed consent agreement. <br /> February 28th, 2014 <br /> Wildcat Mining Corporation entered into a contract with the Opal Group, Inc. <br /> Opal Group, Inc. <br /> 25 S.
