We have not begun mining on the property and need to resolve some El Paso <br />County USR Permit conditions relating to traffic and water before any mining activity can begin. These <br />issues may take a year or more to complete. Prior to affecting any land within the DRMS permit area, <br />we will submit and receive approval from the Division for a revised financial warranty to cover the <br />reclamation costs. <br />Please give me a call if you have any additional questions (970- 227 - 4041). <br />Sincerely, <br />6 lie Mikulas <br />Land Manager <br />
