The letter indicated Greeley's <br /> position that the current cistern system was working well. Based on that position,Jim Hall's <br /> letter concluded- contrary to our previous negotiations -that discussions concerning an <br /> agreement with the Rodmans would be put on hold and that perhaps no water line would be <br /> necessary. <br /> On Monday,July 21,the flow from the Rodmans' well became so impaired that it was <br /> not sufficient to fill the cistern and irrigate. Greeley was promptly informed. Since then, Greeley <br /> has been hauling water to the cistern. <br /> The Rodman do not agree that the current operations are acceptable or that the current <br /> system will work as a long term solution. They are further concerned that this matter has been <br /> dragging on for over a year. They want to put this problem behind them, and move on. <br />
