Tyler O'Donnell will be (or possibly already has been)
in contact with you for an inspection of the Speer Resource site the week of August 4, 2014.
Tom
------ Forwarded message --------
From: Levi Kirby <Ikirby@horizonglass.net>
Date: Wed, Jul 30, 2014 at 11:26 PM
Subject: Flooding
To: "Kaldenbach - DNR, Tom" <tom.kaldenbach@state.co.us>
Cc: "tony.waldron@state.co.us" <tony.waldron@state.co.us>, "Levi (leviguy76@aol.com)"
<lev9guy76@aol.com>, Lisa Gibbs <lisagibbs@outlook.com>
Good Evening Tom,
I wanted to follow up with the last email and continuing issue. I'm not sure I received a response back from you
but Mr. Laired did call, he left a message stating that he received my last email that I had sent to you and urged
me to call him back. As much as I feel it's unnecessary to call him back, I went against those feelings and did
so hoping that some resolve would come from it. Mr. Laired appears to be reasonable however nothing is getting
resolved.
Mr. Laired mentioned that he is not in charge of that operation but would be in contact with the owner to see what
he can do to get this corrected. I feel a bit confused, if Mr. Laired is not the personal that can make these
decisions/corrections and (4) months into this issue he has to go to the owner, have we been addressing these
issues to the wrong person(s)?
As you may know we have been getting a steady rain, some heavy but mostly moderate. Since prior to my last
email to you, the sump pump in the cellar has be running 24/7 and when I walked down to the cellar this evening
to be sure nothing has worsened...Unfortunately the water level has risen and the sump pump is not able to keep
up with the water that is rising. I currently have about 1" of water in the cellar that is located in the same area as
the furnace.
I'm not sure what more I can do, so I would like to ask you, is there some higher management person that I
should consult with? It's not that I feel you haven't been there to help but Asphalt Specialties doesn't seem to
