Costilla St. <br /> Colorado Springs, CO 80903 <br /> Re: Barnhart Pit,DRMS File No. M-1984-008 <br /> ..,Temporary Cessation Notice(TC-01) <br /> ✓Acceptance <br /> Dear Mr. Laroche: <br /> On July 30, 2014 the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (Division/DRMS) accepted the <br /> above-referenced Temporary Cessation Notice submitted to the Division on May 29, 2014 addressing <br /> the following: <br /> First 5-year term of Temporary Cessation <br /> The request for Temporary Cessation was approved in the monthly Consent Agenda of the July 30, 2014 <br /> meeting of the Mined Land Reclamation Board pursuant to Rule 1.13.6(3). No concerns from interested <br /> parties were expressed. The terms of the Temporary Cessation request No.01 approved by the Division <br /> are hereby incorporated into permit M-1984-008. The Temporary Cessation expires on May 19, 2019. <br /> All other conditions and requirements of the permit remain in full force and effect. Annual reports and <br /> fees are required on the appropriate anniversary date.
