As a result, there is the still the possibility that as yet unidentified cultural resources exist within the <br /> proposed permit area. <br /> Should further human remains be discovered during nuning activities, the requirements under State law C.R.S. 24-80 <br /> (part 13) apply and must be followed. Under 24-80-1305 any person who knowingly disturbs or has knowledge that <br /> an unmarked human burial is being unlawfully disturbed commits a misdemeanor under state law. <br /> lliank you for the opportunity to conunent.
