appreciate everyone's willingness to continue the July hearing to a more appropriate date to allow sufficient time
for the exchange of information and the continued dialogue in an effort to reach resolution. Upon receipt and
review of the EFCI proposal David and I will schedule a conference call to further discuss this matter with all
parties. As David has informed you all in recent e-mails, the NOV abatement time period has been extended to
November 21, 2014.
Thanks again for the cooperation. The parties willingness to delay the formal hearing to allow time to further
discuss this matter is encouraging.
