The bond release application was found complete by this Division on July 31, 2014. <br />Bond Release No. 3 (SL -3) represents the formal Phase III release request for Peabody Sage <br />Creek Mining, LLC's Peabody Sage Creek Mine, C- 2009 -087. SL -3 requests release of Phase <br />III bond liability on 1,028 acres of reclaimed lands at the Peabody Sage Creek Mine. A surety <br />bond in the amount of $4,420,284.46 is currently in place. The surface ownership is state, and <br />the coal mined was state. <br />We will contact you to advise you of the Division's required bond release inspection of the site as <br />soon as it has been scheduled.
