Your staff and/or your consultant have <br />adequately addressed our adequacy issues from our letter of April 18, 2014. <br />However, another item needs to be addressed before the Division can approve this revision. I now realize <br />that Colowyo Coal Company needs to show affected areas on a map (or maps) in the permit application <br />package (PAP), and affected area includes lands that are undermined by highwall mining. This is required by <br />Rule 2.10.1(2).
