I hereby acknowledge that on J.UJj1 11 261 , Randy Schafer <br />left in this office a copy of the permit applic tion which Phillips County Road and Bridge <br />submitted to the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board requesting permission to <br />expand the existing Schneller Clay Pit (M- 1989 -095) to mine sand and gravel from <br />property located in Phillips County in the SW% of Section 19, T6N, R43W.
