EXHIBIT I - Soils Information <br />A copy of the soils information provided by the Phillips County NRCS is attached in the pre - <br />mining section. The NRCS soil maps show the soil as being Haxtun loamy sand. This soil is <br />characterized as absorbing water rapidly and having moderate water holding capacity. It is <br />listed as good for road fill but a poor source of sand and gravel. It is a soil which can be farmed <br />or used for grassland.
