The current total permitted affected acreage is 167.5 acres with this amendment request to add
an additional 108.5 acres to incorporate additional land into Permit M 1977 -302. Previous
mining plans and annual report correspondence reflected fu ure mining to include the 270 acres
and Pete Loon & Sons, Ine. would like to request this be added to Perfflit M 1977-302 to clarirl`�y
past correspondence and keen both current. The total distu[bance at any one is currently
limited to 167.5 acres by the bond and is subject to increase upon state approval.
