EXHIBIT E
RECLAMATION TIMETABLE
The reclamation of the quarry area is being carried on simultaneously with our quarrying operation.
Since we are having to operate the quarry for the entire length in a north-south direction to obtain
the proper quality limestone,we are backfilling the quarry with overburden from the hogback at the
westerly edge of mining to the east as the quarrying operation moves to the east. The backfilled
material will be rough stockpiled in the mined-out portion of the quarry and then graded to a slop
no greater than 2H:1V, sloping to the east. The final leveling and contouring will occur upon the final
removal of marketable limestone.
When mining and rough backfilling has been completed in a substantial area, final leveling and
contouring will be done, followed by the revegetation with a mixture of Bitter Brush, Mountain
Mahogany, Rabbit Brush, Indian Rice Grass, and Sand Dropseed at 18-lbs per acre.
At this time, it appears that we have approximately 20 years of marketable reserves remaining in
the quarry area.Thereafter, total reclamation would be completed within the five-year time frame.
The areas for equipment storage, powder magazine in Section 1 will be reclaimed within the
specified time frame upon the ceasing of our operations on the surface leases we hold in Section 36
Exhibit E-Reclamation Timetable
(112) Permit Application-1986
E-5
