TION NOTICE OF PROPOSED DECISION The Colorado Division of Reclama- tion, Mining and Safety proposes tc approve Technical Revision Appli- cation No. 25 (TR -25) for the Munger Canyon Mine (Permit No. C- 1981 -020) submitted by CAM Mining, LLC. Mung. er Canyon Mine's Technical Revision 25 requests the removal of sediment ponds and alternative sediment con- trol at the mine portal, refuse pile and lower topsoil stockpile areas. The Munger Canyon Mine is a/an under. ground coal mine located in Garfield. Mesa County, approximately 18 N of Loma, Colorado. Coal interest to federal, and the surface affected is federal and private land. The permit area encompasses approximately 1 028.00 acres. This proposed decision is based on a finding that the pro- posed operation will comply with all requirements of the Colorado Surface Coal Mining Reclamation Act, Section 34.33 -101, at seq., C.R.S., and the regulations promulgated thereunder Copies of the proposed decision Including stipulations, are on file lot gublic inspection at the Coloradc ivision of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, Room 215, Centennial Build. ing,1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Col orado 80203.
