<br />A tract of land located in the northeast quarter of the northeast quarter of Section 34,
<br />Township 6 North, Range 66 West of the Sixth Principle meridian, County of Weld, State of
<br />Colorado being more particularly described as follows:
<br />Commencing at the northeast corner of said Section 34 whence the north sixteenth corner of
