There is no additional reclamation cost associated with this TR. No Costs. <br /> TR-61 Moving Topsoil Pile No.27-In order to facilitate construction of the new Mill Platform this pile was relocated. There is no No Costs. <br /> additional reclamation cost associated with this TR. <br /> Phase 4c Berm Raise/LOB Liner Project-The liner system in the vicinity of the Load-Out Bin("LOB")was enhanced to <br /> ensure that all vehicular traffic on the Valley Leach Facility("VLF")occurs over a liner system. Neither process solution <br /> application, nor process solution storage will occur in the areas covered by the proposed new liner composite system. This <br /> project included the installation of single-sided textured 80 mil Linear Low Density Polyethylene("LLDPE"). This project No Costs, as this is <br /> TR-62 included the construction of an enhanced containment berm along the Phase IV liner perimeter in order to increase the Covered under VLF <br /> capacity of the area to withstand upset process solution conditions. This is an extension toward the west of a previously Reclamation. <br /> completed project referenced in Technical Revision No. 52 dated October 30, 2008. There is no additional reclamation <br /> associated with these projects, as they will all be covered in the physical reclamation of the VLF. <br /> New Fuel Island Construction-A significant number of tanks were installed at the new Midway Fuel Island in 2012 and Costs are Covered in <br /> TR-63 demolition of these tanks has been accounted for in the 2012 revision to the Internal Model. See Tab 11-Demolition. the Demolition <br /> Calculations. <br /> PSE Liner Project-The PSE liner system was constructed in 2012 and since its location falls within the footprint of other No Costs, as this feature <br /> TR-64 facilities, no additional reclamation liability exists for the PSE liner.
