7/15/2014 State.co.us Executive Branch Mail -RE: Hearing Request by Vento Group -Southfield Mine <br />The "ball is in Energy Fuels' court" with regard to a proposal that will be made tot he Vento Group as I indicated to <br />them in a recent email. <br />I will be meeting next week with the consulting geohydrology folks and George to finalize a summary of the research <br />and work done by them and then combine that with a proposal to address the concerns of the Vento Group over a <br />water supply for their property. <br />Regards, Rich <br />Hello Everyone - I write to renew communications regarding the pending Vento Group request for a hearing <br />regarding the Notice of Violation issued to EFCI (Well MW NW). <br />The previous hearing request was continued to the July 30, 2014 meeting of the Mined Land Reclamation Board, <br />pending possible settlement discussions.
