Appendix A; Bond Estimate: <br />Trapper's Response #2: Items #27 - #35 and item #38 were resolved within the Adequacy <br />Review # 3 letter. <br />However, under Task 101, " Demolition Work" on page 248 of the bond estimate under the <br />"Demolish structures, remove materials and debris ", the "Warehouse concrete floor" cost needs <br />to be corrected. <br />In the "Dimension" column, the area of the floor is shown as 9,270 SF, and is the correct area, <br />but under the "Quantity" column it is shown as 92,700 SF which appears to be a typographical <br />error. The total cost ($291,634.20) however, is based on this area (92,700 SF) which is ten times <br />the actual size of the existing warehouse floor. <br />The adjusted cost should be $29,163.42 (i.e. 9,270 SF X $3.146/SF).
