We have used your original letter as the base format, with our responses <br />following each of your comments. For this response, however, we have excluded the original Adequacy <br />#1 comments that have either been resolved or stipulated for future Trapper permitting action. <br />The following revised permit narrative pages are enclosed: i -5, i -13, ii -7, ii -12, iii -8, 2 -4141, 4 -183 and 4- <br />183a. The following permit narrative pages are added: ii -13, 2 -462m, 2 -520ww to 2- 520zz, 2 -523y, 4- <br />183d, 4 -183e and 4 -183j. The following permit table is added: Table 2.7 -22aa (pages 2- 520aaa to 2- <br />520cccc). The following permit figures are added: Figure 2.7 -28u (page 2- 520dddd), Figure 2.7 -28v <br />(page 2- 520eeee), Figure 2.7 -28w (page 2- 520ffff), Figure 2.7 -28x (page 2- 520gggg), Figure 3.3.3 -1 <br />(page 3 -27c), Figure 4.8 -1a (page 4- 183b), Figure 4.8 -1b (page 4- 183c), Figure 4.8 -1c (page 4- 183f), <br />Figure 4.8 -1d (page 4- 183g), Figure 4.8 -1e (page 4 -183h) and Figure 4.8 -1f (page 4- 183i). The following <br />revised maps are enclosed: M28, M54, M54b and M54c. <br />Rule 2.04; Minimum Requirements for Information on Environmental Resources: <br />2.04.3 Site Description and Land Use Information: <br />2. Please submit a map in accordance with Rule 2.04.3(2)(a) that depicts the uses of land for the <br />additional permit acreage in accordance with the land use categories established in the land use <br />definitions in Rule 1.04. <br />a. Trapper's Response: Map M28, referenced on page 2 -170, is revised to include the <br />additional permit acreage. All of the new acreage is included in "Rangeland" and "Wildlife <br />Habitat" land uses. <br />b. Division's Response: Using the Web Soil Survey on the Natural Resources Conservation <br />Service website, the Division conducted a Farmland Classification check to determine if <br />any area within the PR7 expansion area could be considered prime farmland. It does not <br />appear prime farmland areas exist within the proposed expansion area. However, as a <br />result of that inquiry, the Division identified a soil unit (Unit 99; Hesperus Fine Sandy <br />P.O. Box 187 Craig, Colorado 81626 (970) 824 -4401 <br />
