Response 18: A copy of the receipt indicating the date on which the revised application <br /> information was submitted to the County Clerk and Recorder is attached. <br /> Comment 19: "Please provided the Division evidence the Applicant attempted to obtain <br /> notarized structure agreements, typically a certified mail receipt, with all owners of the structures <br /> on and within 200 feet of the affected area of the site or comply with one of the provisions of <br /> Rule 6.4.19." <br /> Response 19: A copy of the notarized structures agreement is attached for the structures <br /> (fences and stock water well) owned by Scott Koskie. Weld County is the owner of CR Road <br /> 120 and the fence north of CR 120. Weld County does not believe that they need to sign a <br /> structures agreement with themselves. The Nunn Telephone Company has been sent a copy of <br /> the public notice and a copy of the structures agreement.
