On behalf of Minrec, Inc., following are its responses to the DRMS' comments and concerns. <br />1. Please see new page 4 -x for a explanation of how the refuse pond will be managed. <br />2. No response required. <br />3. Resolved. <br />4. The legal description of the permit boundary was revised on page 2 -1. <br />5. The scale on drawing D -3 -2 was corrected. <br />6. The ditch and refuse pond add approximately 0.7 acres to the disturbed area. The application form <br />was revised along with page 4 -ix. <br />7. No response required. <br />8. Minrec is satisfied that is has right of entry to the expanded permit boundary based on its Access <br />and Surface Use Agreement with North Thompson -Four Mile Mineral and Land Corporation. <br />Sincerely, <br />J.
