In order to stabilize and protect this large disturbance area, MCM elected to complete <br />reclamation of the site in 2010, with replacement of suitable cover material, soil material replacement, and <br />reseeding. The original refuse disposal area remains available to support future mining in the E Seam, and <br />approximately 60,000 cubic yards of material from the H seam ramps could be placed in the waste disposal area to <br />support future development. <br />Haulage and Access Roads <br />The location and classification of all mine roads are shown on the Roads Map (Map 27). Some of the roads were <br />previously County roads, however, under an agreement with Moffat County, the County has transferred both <br />ownership and responsibility for maintenance of most roads to MCM, as documented by the original transfer <br />agreement, included in Exhibit 17, Road Certification. <br />TR14 -36 2.05 -14.1 Revised 06/23/14 <br />
