Cazier, Environmental Protection Specialist I C- -Z- /sm 5 <br />RE: Rocky Mountain Materials & Asphalt, Inc., Penrose Ranch's, Permit No. M- 1992 -016 <br />Please be advised that on July 8, 2014, Rocky Mountain Materials & Asphalt, Inc., whose address and telephone <br />number are 1910 Rand Ave, Colorado Springs, CO 80906; (719) 473 -3100, submitted a request for financial <br />warranty reduction for the Penrose Ranch's, Permit No. M -1992 -016. The construction materials extraction <br />operation is located at or near Section 19, Township 19S, Range 68W, 06th Prime Meridian, in Fremont County. <br />Written comments or objections to the financial warranty reduction may be submitted to, and additional <br />information obtained from, the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, 1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, <br />Denver, Colorado 80203, (303) 866 -3567. Comments or objections should be submitted within 15 days.
