Tim and I have reviewed the photos and concluded that Transit Mix has complied with
the corrective action cited in our December 3, 2013 inspection report. Please see the attached letter. If dust
continues to be an issue please let us know.
Also Transit Mix conducted a survey of properties they own to the west and east of you. Transit Mix similar found
cracks in the soil on land that has not recently been disturbed by mining activates. If you would like to review
Transit Mix's finding the documents are available on our website for public review.
If you have additional question or concerns please let us know.
Thank you
Tyler
Tyler O'Donnell
Environmental Protection Specialist
COLORADO
Division of Reclamation,
Mining and Safety
Department of Natural Resources
P 303.866.3567 x 8131 1 F 303.832.8106 1 C 303.319.5842
1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver, CO 80203
Tyler.ODonnellCstate.co.us I http: / /mining. state. co. us
in M1986015 Corrective action resovied.pdf
124K
