This is provided in a revised Appendix 15. <br />Please note that the nomenclature of the wells has changed. The westernmost <br />(upstream well set) are called Well GW -1A (shallow) and Well Gw -1 B (deep). Wells GW- <br />2A and 2B are in the middle of the disturbed area and Wells GW -3A and 3B are the <br />furthest east (downstream). All A wells are sampling the shallow aquifer at each location <br />and the B wells are sampling the deeper aquifer at each location. <br />2) Add some additional disturbed area near the old building in the low area north of the <br />portal to allow equipment storage there. The area is currently in the permit area, <br />however it was not in the disturbed area. There are no wetlands in the area to be used. <br />All narrative for this addition is submitted as a new Appendix, which is Appendix 16. New <br />Mine Plan maps included to show this use. <br />3) The use of the Atlas tailings /waste storage area will be needed concurrently with the <br />Revenue Pile, since we may need to store imported topsoil there, as well as provide an <br />area for wintertime placement of tailings since the avalanche path prevents activity on <br />
