Lessor and Tenant agree that this Lease contains the entire agreement between the parties. Any modification of <br />this Lease shall be binding only if evidenced in writing signed by each party or an authorized representative of <br />each party. This Lease and the rights and obligations of the parties hereunder shall be interpreted according to <br />the laws of the State of Colorado. This Lease may be executed in one or more counterparts, with the same <br />effect as if all parties to this Lease had signed the same document. All counterparts shall be construed together <br />and shall constitute one and the same agreement. A signature on this Lease that is delivered by facsimile <br />transmission or other form of electronic transmission shall be binding upon the signatory in the same manner as <br />the delivery of an original signature. The language in all parts of this Lease shall in all cases be construed as a <br />whole according to its fair meaning, strictly neither for nor against any party to this Lease, and without <br />implying a presumption that the terms shall be more strictly construed against one party merely because that <br />party drafted the wording. <br />16. NOTICES. Any requirement of notice under this Lease will be satisfied by (a) hand delivery of written <br />notice or (b) express courier delivery of written notice.
