The existing damaged well will be sealed. The <br />new well will be drilled on the existing drill site. There will be no new disturbance. A mud tank <br />will be used in lieu of a mud pit. <br />Right of Entry <br />The area is located on surface managed by the USDA -FS within Federal coal lease COC 61209. <br />The coal lease grants BRL right of entry subject to surface management agency approval. <br />Cultural Resources, Soils & Vegetation <br />No new surface disturbance.
