Energy Fuels Coal, Inc. (EFCI) is in receipt of your letter dated June 13, 2014 wherein it states
the�DRMS cannot terminate the above referenced violation. Considering the past inconsistency
I onstrated by the DRMS for the decision making process concerning NOV CV -2013 -002, EFCI needs
to re- evaluate the issues concerning NOV No. CV- 2013 -002 in order to submit an appropriate response to
the matter.
Accordingly, please extend the abatement due date from June 13, 2014 to November 21, 2014.
