Formal hearing posting and document submittal deadlines are fast <br />approaching. <br />Please advise as to the intentions of the parties. <br />By way of DRMS update, the NOV remains open, and the compliance deadline is extended to November. The <br />DRMS did not agree with the EFCI submittal proposing that the well MW NW remains functional for the intended <br />purpose. The original abatement requiring repair of MW NW remains in effect.
