<br />Oakridge Energy, Inc., whose office is located at 4613 Old Jacksboro Highway, Wichita
<br />Falls, Texas 76301 (telephone 940.322.4772) has filed an application for renewal of a
<br />valid existing mining and reclamation permit for the Carbon Junction Mine (Colorado
<br />Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety permit C-1992-080, approved July 31,
<br />1993). The current bond on deposit is a corporate surety. The legal description of the
<br />permit area is: a tract of land located within Section 4, Township 34 North, Range 9
<br />West, Section 33, Township 34½ North, Range 9 West, and Section 33 of Township 35
<br />North, Range 9 West of the New Mexico Principal Meridian, La Plata County, Colorado
<br />and being more particularly described as follows:
