Any loss of <br /> an aquatic site may require mitigation. Mitigation requirements will be determined during the <br /> Department of the Army permitting review. <br /> Based on the information that was submitted to our office,it appears your project will not impact <br /> jurisdictional aquatic resources such as streams wetlands,and/or ditches. It is our understanding that <br /> there will be no dredged or fill material placed in any adjacent wetlands. Please note that any earth <br /> disturbances within these resources may require authorization from this office. <br /> Prior to starting work,a wetland delineation should be conducted to identify any aquatic resource <br /> that may exist within the project area. This should be field verified. Fills or earth disturbances within <br /> these streams and wetlands may require authorization from this office under Section 404 of the Clean <br /> Water Act.
