6/30/2014
State.co.us Executive Branch Mail -RE: Review update
New Elk TR70 has a proposed decision due date of July 29, so no need to extend that right now. You should
have received my initial adequacy review letter which is likely to take some time for you to respond to.
For TR18 the ball is in your court.
For TR68 you are waiting on an adequacy letter from me, which I am working on and will send either late today or
in the week of July 7. You will then need to respond to my letter.
For RN6 you are waiting on me to write a findings document and publish my decision - there should be nothing
for you to do besides update your records when the findings and decision are published.
suggest that for now we extend all three deadlines to July 31, 2014. What do you say?
Leigh Simmons
L
f
Department of Natural Resources
leigh,simmons@state.co.us I http : / /mining.state.co.us/
On Fri, Jun 27, 2014 at 12:15 PM, John Terry <jterry @newel kcoal. corn > wrote:
Leigh
Just wanted to touch base with you and see if I need to ask for extensions on:
Lorencito TR -18
New Elk TR -68
New Elk TR -70
There all come up on the 30th of June.
