6/30/2014
attachments without reading or
State.co.us Executi\te Branch Mail -Re: Review update
From: Simmons - DNR, Leigh [ mailto :leigh,simmons @state.co.us]
Sent: Friday, June 27, 2014 1:27 PM
To: John Terry
Cc: Louis Head
Subject: Re: Review update
John,
Thanks for your message.
Yes, we will need to extend some dates:
• Lorencito TR18
• New Elk TR68
• Golden Eagle RN6
all have proposed decision due dates of June 30.
New Elk TR70 has a proposed decision due date of July 29, so no need to extend that right now. You should
have received my initial adequacy review letter which is likely to take some time for you to respond to.
For TR18 the ball is in your court.
For TR68 you are waiting on an adequacy letter from me, which I am working on and will send either late today
or in the week of July 7. You will then need to respond to my letter.
For RN6 you are waiting on me to write a findings document and publish my decision - there should be nothing
for you to do besides update your records when the findings and decision are published.
suggest that for now we extend all three deadlines to July 31, 2014. What do you say?
https: / /mai l.g oog le.conVmai 1 /u /O / ?ui =2 &i Ire29129fcb5 &view = pt &search =i nboy&th= 146dfOf974a3c5l3 &si ml= 146dfo f974a3c5l3 2/3
