That date stamp will start the clock in <br />terms of determining the permitting deadlines. (We are in the process of establishing a completely electronic <br />system, but it is still in the pilot stages; for now we rely on the mailman...) <br />Looking at what you have sent, I see no reason why the application would not be called complete. <br />Skipping ahead a little, I just want to give you a heads up.
