No buildings or storage facilities are planned. Fuel will not be stored at the mine. All fuel will <br /> be transported to the mine daily. No additional roads will be constructed. Minimal water, less <br /> than 100 gallons, may be used in the mining and screening of the ore to minimize dust. If <br /> needed, this water will be transported to the mine site daily. Water will be sourced from the <br /> off-site processing plant. <br /> The existing open pit is built into solid bedrock. No soil exists in the open pit or on the waste <br /> dump. The historic waste dumps were reclaimed and seeded by the previous operator. Re- <br /> seeding of the waste dump will be done upon completion of mining activities. <br /> A Geotechnical Slope Stability Report on the Crystal Hill Mine submitted to and accepted by <br /> the Mined Land Reclamation Division is attached at the end of Exhibit C. <br />
