However according to Division records, <br /> the Packet is inadequate. <br /> Annual Fee: Adequate Annual Report: Inadequate <br /> If the annual fee is inadequate please send the remaining balance. If they have not been received, please <br /> remit$$791.00. <br /> If the annual report is inadequate or has not been received, please submit the written report and an <br /> adequately labeled map as required by Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Act and/or Colorado Land <br /> Reclamation Act for the Extraction of Construction Materials (C.R.S. 34-32-116 or 34-32.5-116). <br /> Enclosed is an annual report form.
