The applicant obtained approval of an application for a technical revision <br />to modify the permit so as to indentify the location of the reclaimed unapproved <br />sediment collection ditch. <br />(f) The notice of violation was terminated July 17, 2012. <br />2_4 Right of Entry and Operation <br />C.B. Minerals Company, LLC, bases its right -of -entry on (1) public access; (2) an <br />Access and Surface Use Agreement, (Exhibit 2.4 -2), between C.B. Minerals and <br />NCIG Financial, Inc.
