MANAGEMENT <br />On behalf of Bowie Resources, LLC, BRL, enclosed is an application for a minor revision to <br />extend culvert C-13. The purpose of extending the culvert is so the coal stockpile can be <br />extended into what is currently a material storage area. The disturbed area boundary has been <br />revised to encompass the culvert extension, reflect what is currently disturbed on the ground, <br />and allow additional area coal stockpiling purposes. The material storage area designation has <br />been removed from the applicable maps. <br />Right of Entry <br />The area is located on surface owned by BRL <br />Affected and Disturbed Area <br />There will be 0.44 acres of new affected and disturbed area <br />Cultural Resources, Soils & Vegetation <br />A cultural resource inventory has been preformed on the areaof concern. <br />Reclamation Estimate <br />Please see attached estimate <br />Permit page 2.05 -66 was revised to update the disturbed area acreage.
