Irrigation Water Easement Agreement <br /> Cross Creek Ranch whose address is 1201 main Ave.Durango,CO 81301, ("Grantor") <br /> For good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are here by <br /> confessed and acknowledge, does here by convey and grant unto Avery Ranches whose <br /> address is 989 County Road 120 Hesperus, CO 81326, ("Grantee") and Grantee heirs, <br /> successors, assign, and personal representatives a perpetual irrigation easement, (the <br /> "Easement") subject to the conditions contained here in, over and through Grantors real <br /> property in La Plata Country Colorado.
