This ditch should be <br />checked, and modified as necessary. <br />PROCESSING WASTE /COAL MINE WASTE PILES — Rule 4.10 and 4.11 <br />Drainage Control; Surface Stabilization; Placement: <br />• Since this past winter, loads of coal mine waste trucked from King 11 have been dumped on <br />the floor of the King I facilities area for temporary storage (Photo 10). Mr. Wymore said that <br />no new waste will be hauled to the top of the coal mine waste bank until the Clean Water <br />diversion ditch is shifted to its new location. <br />REVEGETATION — Rule 4.15 <br />Vegetative Cover; Timing: <br />Outside the disturbed area, we observed Banana yucca in bloom (Photo 11) and also a variety <br />of mustard, Physaria acutifolia (Double Bladderpod) (Photo 12). <br />• At King 11, a number of Musk thistle plants were found in the area of the East Clear Water <br />ditch, where it wraps around the northern end of the topsoil stockpile. <br />AVAILABILITY OF RECORDS — Rule 5.02.4(1): <br />• The permit records were not available for our inspection - Tom Bird's office has been moved <br />to the new office building at King II, and his office was locked at the time of the inspection. <br />In accordance with 5.02.4(1), these records must be immediately available for review by the <br />public (and the Division).
