In summary, TR-72, shows: <br /> a. There is no increase in the affected acreage of the State Permit. <br /> b. The change remains within the State Permit boundary. <br /> c. There is no material change in the State Permit, or the approved post mining land use. <br /> d. No additional demands on Teller County services or infrastructure. <br />
