BRL is proposing
an overall decrease in the depth of the combined holes, which should result in decreased costs, except that the
unit costs for materials and labor have increased since the reclamation costs were originally calculated. Since
there is no change in disturbed acreage, there were no changes to the grading and reseeding costs.
have also attached the cost estimates for TR -78 and TR -86, for comparison. Page 3 of your MR -152 revision
cover letter lists the permitted depths for the relocated holes; the depths on which the estimates for TR -78 and
TR -86 are based were not consistent with those depths. I adjusted the depths to coincide with the new depths
listed in the cover letter, but the reductions were less than your estimate. Please note that I had previously
referred to GVB -B19B as GVB -B19D, which I've corrected with this revision.
did not include costs to reclaimed GVBs B17F and B19C; those will be reviewed under TR -90. Please review
the estimate and let me know if you have any questions or need additional information.
Susan L.
