• Lube Storage — Includes Storage Tanks <br />• Water Well <br />• Bath House <br />• Substations <br />• Office <br />• Parking lots, fences, roads, and ancillary structures (including culverts) associated with the <br />previously mentioned features /structures <br />These existing mine facilities in the north end were formally bonded under the former Seneca II <br />Mine. On approval of the PSCM Permit, the performance bond for these facilities and the <br />associated disturbance areas was transferred to PSCM. A description of those features /structures <br />and the associated bond amounts are presented in Exhibit 2.05.3 -E1, Mine Facilities (North End) <br />Details. <br />There will be additional facilities constructed or relocated to facilitate operations. The <br />new /additional facilities dimensions and descriptions for the north and south facilities area are <br />listed in Table 2.05.3 -T3, New Facilities Summary. These new /additional facilities include: <br />• Bath House <br />• Security Building and Gate <br />• Powder Magazines <br />• Fuel Tanks and Spill Containment Area <br />• Bath House Septic System <br />• Pond 002 Pump Facility <br />• Propane Tanks <br />• Water Well CCU087 <br />• Replacement Power Poles, Power Line, Fiber Optics Line <br />Bathhouse — A modular bathhouse (24'x 70') will be placed between the shop and existing <br />bathhouse. The temporary building will be placed on 9 concrete sleepers poured on 8 foot centers. <br />Each sleeper will be 20'x 2'x1'. <br />Security Building - The security building will be an 8 x 40 foot modular structure on a 50 x 100 foot <br />asphalt or concrete pad. The building will be located near the center of the existing road so that traffic <br />can pass on both sides. The incoming lane on the west side will be widened to accommodate <br />incoming traffic, a truck scale and a parking lot. Water, sewer and power hookups will come from the <br />main office site. <br />Fuel Tanks and Spill Containment Area — A fueling station with portable above ground tanks and <br />a concrete lined pad will be constructed to contain any potential spills from tanker unloading and <br />equipment fueling operations. This structure is a 31' x 85' pad with 170' of 1' by 1' side walls <br />containing approximately 55 yds3 of concrete. An additional fueling pad will be constructed to be <br />approximately 14' x 25' and contain 15 yds3 of concrete. Total concrete for the fuel tanks and <br />containment area equals 70 yds3. <br />Bath House Septic System — A new septic system will be installed to accommodate the two (2) <br />bathhouses for the mine employees.
