MANAGEMENT <br />June 12, 2014 <br />Susan Burgmaier <br />Division of Reclamation, Mining & Safety <br />1313 Sherman St., Room 215 <br />Denver, CO 80203 <br />Re: Bowie Resources, LLC, Bowie No. 2 Mine <br />VWP Monthly monitoring <br />Permit C- 1996 -083 <br />Dear Ms. Burgmaier: <br />On behalf of Bowie Resources, LLC, BRL, enclosed are the data from the May vibrating <br />wire piezometer (VWP) monitoring for gob pile #2. <br />A quality control check performed by Buckhorn Geotech discovered a mathematical <br />error that determined actual pore pressures in VWP -08, 09 , and 10 were lower than <br />previously reported.
