Mine logistics
and engineering are progressing.
Preliminary to mine permit submission is completion of a ground water and surface
water quality baseline study. Chris Sanchez of Bishop-Brogden Associates recommends the
enclosed monitoring program.
Should the Division find this program acceptable, Zephyr will commence the 15-
month study during the second half of 2014.
Please feel free to call me directly at 719-275-8951 or email at eai(a-)-bresnan.net
should you have any questions.
Respectfully submitted,
Angela M.
